I love giving courses. mentoring and coaching, courses about Mathematics, Logic, Performance tuning, Programming, Agile Methods, etc.
I have always said that when someone leaves the course or training knowing something that will make them better or help them at work, I have considered myself well served.
But when for somebody share how you impacted to her/his, it is something that is priceless. Do not forget that when you provoke something in someone, the impact is mutual and reciprocal.
